week one day five

MEAT DAY!!! Hooray for ground beef. It is so good in the soup and so good to snack on. I'm a little light headed with excitement. Yesterday went okay. I had a beet salad, but I eat veggies everyday so I don't feel like that was cheating too bad. I've been super busy all week and staying up late, but tonight I don't think I will be. It'll be an easy night and I can relax this evening and watch a movie. I was informed last night by some drunk guy who was smoking and drinking that movies will kill me. I reminded him that smoking and drinking will too, so I'll pick my body battles I guess.

Oh yeah, so last night I was working and the chef at our restaurant stopped me and asked if I've lost a bunch of weight in the past few weeks because he can really see it in my face. And I was thinking the other day to myself that I thought my face looked thinner, but then I thought maybe it was just my imagination, but Corey confirmed it. That comment has motivated me to continue.

I know that the diet says that I am only supposed to eat meat and tomatoes today, but I also eat cheese since I can eat fat free dairy every day. And I will eat eggs too. I've also decided to extent my meat day one extra day so that day one of the diet will be on Tuesday and I'll be able to go to brunch on Sundays or cookouts or something. Trying to find brown rice and veggies at a cookout doesn't sound like much fun. Okay, that's all for now.
